In Sensobic we work with small and safe movements and explore how we stand, move and breathe.
How do my feet rest on the ground when I stand? What if I first massage the sole of the foot with a cork ball, how do I stand then? How do I walk then?
And how does it affect the rest of my body and my breathing? Is there a connection between a tense jaw and restricted breathing?

I'm Pontus Anckar. I have been working with body awareness for 20 years.
I am the founder of Sensobic. I have been trained by, among others, the famous French physiotherapist Thérèse Bertherat and have worked for almost 20 years with people of all ages and social categories.
