We experiment with everyday movements like standing, sitting, lying down and walking.
By awakening our senses and increasing our awareness of how we do movements, we gain access to our entire body.
How do my feet rest on the ground when I stand? What if I first massage the sole of the foot with a ball, how do I stand then? How do I walk then?
And how does it affect the rest of my body and my breathing? Is there a connection between a tense jaw and restricted breathing?
These are just a few examples of the questions we explore.
